A company specialising in resolving disputes on behalf of timeshare and holiday membership scheme owners has moved to Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire.
Positive Outcome Mediation is now based at the Rural Innovation Centre, the estate’s highly successful serviced office facility for small businesses.
The company was established by Lance Oakley to provide dispute resolution services and for the last four years, has focused on helping owners of timeshare and other holiday membership schemes who may be encountering problems with their contractual terms.
Lance is a former Parachute Regiment soldier and after serving a decade in the forces, spent 12 years providing security services to local government authorities.
He set up Positive Outcome Mediation after studying commercial mediation and contractual law.
With my experience and knowledge of the timeshare and holiday ownership industry, I am able to identify misrepresentation, unfair terms, breaches of contract and challenge contracts on behalf of owners.
In the last two years, I have assisted over 90 timeshare owners with successful relinquishments or reclaims for mis-sold products.
Lance has moved his business to the Rural Innovation Centre due to its facilities and central location, which he says has helped with visiting clients.
Liz Burkinshaw, manager of the Rural Innovation Centre, said:
Positive Outcome is among the latest businesses to move to the Rural Innovation Centre.
Since expanding to 35 serviced offices last August, we have welcomed a number of new and growing enterprises which demonstrates the continued demand for this type of facility.
